These paintings are based on photographs i have taken in the
Chicago area and Greenbay, Wis..The works are oil /enamel
paint on either wood, metal or canvas.They are documents of buildings (with a few helipcopters) that have either been torn
down, abandoned or are still standing.They are metaphors
and documentation of Midwest industry and enginering.
This work was influenced by the American painters of the
1930's and 40's called the "Precisionists"
